Carina Systems is capable of customizing special purpose Nitrogen Gas generation System for various flow rates and pressure requirements. We deal in membrane Gas Generation Systems and Pressure Swing Absorption Systems. These Systems are capable of producing Nitrogen Generators from a purity of 85% - 99.9995% at flow rates ranging from 5 Nm3/ Hr till 1000 Nm3/ Hr and pressure in between 4-6 barg.
These systems can be customized for variable flow rate and variable pressure application using Manual or Automatic Controls. PLC controllers are used with GUI as HMI or SCADA for Automatic Controls.
Carina can also customize the systems for Pressure Boosting application till 200 barg from 4-6 barg with either Pneumatic driven or Electrical Driven Gas Boosters.
Carina is also specialized in piping of the systems from generation and storage till the point of use. We also take-up turnkey projects for special applications providing our customers End to End solution.
